AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The KENDRIYA VIDYA SAMSTHE (KVS) has established precise age requirements for candidates seeking enrolment.

• For Higher Secondary (Class X), the student must have reached the age of 15 years on or before the commencement of the current calendar year for the examination.
• For Senior Secondary (Class XII), the student must have reached the age of 17 years on or before the commencement of the current calendar year for the examination.

Please note that meeting the age criteria does not automatically guarantee admission to KVS. The student's documents will undergo thorough evaluation before admission confirmation. KVS reserves the ultimate right to grant or deny admission to any student applying to KVS.

In the event of any deviations from the stipulated age criteria mentioned above, KVS retains the authority to assess the candidature on a case-by-case basis. The final decision on the student's candidature rests with KVS and is binding. No further correspondence on this matter will be entertained.
